• Maximal 28 years old
  • Minimum bachelor degree in psyhology / human resource management with minimum GPA 3,00
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experienced as HR recruitment in a fast paced environment
  • Familiar with the recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the recruitment process 
  • Able to work independently and effectively in a team
  • Familiar with physicological testing tools
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a result-oriented environment
  • Willing to go the extra mile to get the job done

Job Description

  • Handle recruitment applications submitted by various office branch

  • Creating job description and post job advertisements in various recruitment channels

  • Screening candidate and arrange the interview schedule
  • Monitoring employee probation and contract period 
  • Arrange training new employee in branch office
  • Update branch organizational structure organization
  • Create monthly and yearly turnover report
